What we collect

Only what you type into the forms on this page:

• Your name and the business name
• Your phone number and, when you give it, your email
• What you picked that the site should do, or the question you wrote
• The date and time you got in touch

The Google search

When you type your business name to see the site, we look up public information from that business's Google listing. That lookup stores nothing until you ask for the site.

What it is for

To reply to you, build the site and talk to you about the service. We do not use your details for anything else and we do not sell or pass them to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

While we are in conversation or working together, and up to two years after the last contact. At the end of that period we delete it.

Who handles it

Besides us, only the services we need to operate: website hosting, domain registration and the email service. Each one handles the data only on our instruction.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete what we hold about you. A message is enough, and we deal with it within thirty days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or to the CNPD in Portugal.

Cookies

This page uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will ask you first.
